I don't know where to look for that ACPI you are talking about.

All power management is disabled, and it's not that you wait 20min before it happens, but more like max 1min average 20sec

But there was an other problem that I though would be solved with installing a new HD (and videocard)

The computer works perfectly, but when you stop working on it to grab some papers or go to the toilet the sreen goes black and nothing works anymore.

their bios download page is offline

ehm, used the site to get this info about my mobo, but I still don't see what manufacturer this is since there ist any "Via" in the manufactuers list.

also the upgrade page of the bios on this site is offline, does anyone have an other link?
