Hey thanks for staying on top of this thread! I found that in the normal bios, but when I go to set it, the setting resets. This is due to the bad cmos battery holder. When I popped the bios into modbinv6, I couldn't make it the default setting. So I was reaching out to this community to see if ther...

As it stands, nothing can be stored due to the battery issue, so that shouldn't be taken into consideration right? So does that confirm that there is no way to rebuild/mod the bios with it as default, then flash it? (it being halt on no errors)

Sorry, I changed my first post so many times to make it more clear, that I left that out.

It's not the battery, it's the battery holder.

I have put in two known good and tested batteries.

The motherboard is outside the warranty date.
