Now after a lot a reading I am not sure that my usb key and my mp3 player are certified High Speed :roll:

I am on Windows XP SP2, for the test I have use HD Tach but if you know a better program I can try...

Hum... I think that the bandwidth is locked by the bios... and the drivers of the PCI card are good.

Gateway, version 4000762
Processor : Intel Pentium 4, 1600 MHz
Motherboard : Intel Garibaldi D850GB

And the PCI USB 2.0 card :
NEC D720101 (here)
