Bios Problem?
I have a compaq presario 5461 and have recently changed from windows 98 to windows 2000. When I tried to install my printer and scanner I am told that the ports could not be found. Is this a bios problem? And how can I rectify this problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave
