Hello,
I am in the process of trying to upgrade my bios. As stated above i have an ali aladdin 5 chipset.

In the upper left hand corner when i boot up it says:
Award Modular Bios v4.5PG
Copyright 1984-1998

In the lower left hand corner of this screen it says:
Aladdin5 2a5kkc39c-00

I believe the manufacturer is Chaintech....but on their support site they do not have a listing for super socket 7 motherboards....unless i missed it.

I am working with am AMD k6 3/380 cpu

Here is some additional information:
Program: Unicore BIOS Agent Version 1.9
BIOS Date: 10/13/98
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 10/13/1998-ALADDIN5-2A5KKC39C
BIOS Eval: 10/13/1998
Chipset: ALi M1541 rev 4

Some of this information is redundant... :!:

I am looking for an upgrade that supports my cpu listed above. Can it be found?

Thanks...danny
