Hallo!

The most similar BIOS-ID string that I could find on the net with a google search was:
i440BX-i8671-CB648XBXC-00 for a Daewoo motherboard CT6480.
That definitely looks similar to mine!
However, I wasn't able to find further information on Daewoo boards.
Maybe this is some OEM version? (the pc is from iDot).

Full info:
BIOS Date: 03/23/00
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 03/23/2000-i440BX-I8671-CB650MBXC-00
BIOS Eval: V.650.05E
Chipset: Intel 440BX/ZX rev 3

No further info in the startup screen.

Thanks for any help!

Cheers,
Gringo.

I've only managed to find an older release for your board. What problems are you currently having with its BIOS?

The BIOS stalls on startup with a hard drive of 80 GB.

Jumpering it to show only 32 GB solves the problem, of course.
Nevertheless I would enjoy to be able to use the full capacity.

Cheers,
Gringo.

It's Daewoo CB650M-BX board.
Found this BIOS in my collection:
06/02/2000-i440BX-I8671-CB650MBXC-00
V.650.06

Supports HDDs up to 64GB, can be patched up to 128GB.

I downloaded all BIOSes from the Korean site before it disappeared.

Thank you, Rainbow!

I successfully flashed the new BIOS, and it works:
now the 80 GB hard disk is autodetected at startup.

Cheers,
Gringo.
