LuckyStar Technology Motherboard
P4845S Ver 1.2

Lucky Star Website has been dead for a VERY long time.

Does anyone have a BIOS update BIN file and SETUP to go with it ?

Although the board runs fine, benchmarks show the startup highlighted PC133 memory to be running slower than PC100 memory :(

This is a handy place for Lucky Star BIOSes:
http://web.archive.org/web/200107090546 ... /pub/Bios/ but it isn't always up - I could reach it 10 minutes ago but not right now.

There's only v1.1 BIOS for the P4A845S board. You have newer BIOS...

As Rainbow says that's later than previously known, would you like to save, zip and email that to a couple of us for the archives ?

Is your memory speed set to Auto in the CMOS shipset setup ? If so, I wonder whether the 133 isn't recognised and has been set to a default setting. Standard PC-133 should be usable as CAS=2 PC-100, but you may have to set it manually.
