my screen has developed a new problem.it moves vertically like a sheet slowly moving in the wind or, like a wave of water--slowly expanding and contracting.Ive de-gaussed-i tried a different monitor and re-seating my video card.my "adapter" is SIS 315 Rev 00.My video card is a 3D Thrill 315 128mb.i also tried to update the driver.i have win xp.-Any ideas what the problem might be???? 8O

This looks like a monitor or graphics card hardware problem.

also i noticed when in bios mode the screen shakes REALLY bad!

fixed it---i had a small fan sitting next to the monitor------that was it....god im freakin stupid............. :x

I remember a workstation in (location withheld) where the static magnetic field was so bad you could change the enemy forces from red to blue by swivelling the display.....
