I have no idea how to upgrade my BIOS!HELP!

Im looking for a BIOS upgrade for the following board/BIOS:
BIOS Date: 04/10/00
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 04/10/2000-693-596-ITE86-2A6LGJ1HC
BIOS Eval: V.993AS/993AN A08 04-11-2000
Chipset: VIA 82C691 rev 68
Superio: ITE 8661/SiS 6801 rev 6 found at port 279h

Firstly i need the update then i nee to know how to do it! and before you think of it yes i am a complete fool!

It's JetWay 993AS/AN board. The latest BIOS is "09/07/2000-693-596-ITE86-2A6LGJ1HC-00" at http://www.j-mark.com/files/993asa10.bin.

I cant run the file needed as it doesnt not support XP!
Any other sugestions?Dom

http://www.bootdisk.com has a specific floppy disk image for bios flashing (plain DOS, no drivers or other gimrackry. Once you have made that bootdisk, copy the flash utility and the bios file to that bootfloppy and start your system from it, then you can perform the requested actions.

Yeah i jsut used a standrad Win98 boot floopy and loaded it from DOS! All has been upgraded and now my networking problems are over!
