Any information & details of the latest BIOS would be much appreciated. All the info I have is as follows :

BIOS Manufacturer : American Megatrends
BIOS ID : 51-0923-119900-00101111-071599-ALADDIN5
BIOS Date : 09/23/99
BIOS OEM Signon :
BIOS ROM Size : 128K
Chipset : ALi M1541 rev 4
Super I/O Chip : Known super I/O chip is not found

A shot in the dark :
Gigabyte GA5AA

Please have a look at the board itself as all Board from Gigabyte are clearly marked - usually between the PCI-Slots

Well blow me down ! Your absolutly right... Great stuff...

What would the next part be to get the latest bios ? perhaps a google search ?

These Bios should work on all GA5AA

If you experience problems disable pipelining functions in Bios ( Prevented me from a Win9x install with these options enabled)
