which version should be used?

what version of the update should i use? i have award v6.0. the page with the updates says i should use 7.07 or later. at this point should i use THE latest version?
thanks. i'm new at this.

I think the latest version has some bugs ironed out. It should work. If not, there are archives of Award flashers in various places e.g http://smokeping.planetmirror.com/pub/a ... ard_flash/
