12GB: Everex StepNote SC notebook

Hello,

I have an Everex StepNote SC notebook but it can not recognize my 12 gig HD. Anyone who can help me?

From the remaining info in the archive, it seems that this was a re-badged FIC model - the support link is to a vanished page at FICA (FIC America).
