Have a western digital 20 gb hard drive new out of the box....cannot get it to see more then around 8 gigs of the 20. The pc is packard bell multimedia 730 pc. (old yes i know) All i really need it to do is play music but it cant store enough songs. Need to see all of the 20 gigs? Please help

that is the last bios ever released for it and it misses int13 support, so it cannot be patched.

ATA100/ATA133 controller card is the only real option.

Or... if you only need it for playing music and large music file storage, why not try the drive-overlay software provided by your HDD manufacturer?
