Any BIOS OEM sign-on message ? (What utility did you use to get that information ?)
Any markings on the board ?
Is it part of a system (Dell, NEC, Maxdata, etc) ? if so, what system ?

Ctbios has been used, but the information is identical during boot sequence.
Everything is unmarked : motherboard, system and so on
Thanks

So all we have is that 214X2=UMC 491 chipset, which we knew already; and if that is followed by "zero zero zero" it looks as though somebody made an illegal copy of someone else's BIOS. If it was "O zero" it could be Octek, but the only Octek board with UMC 491 I find referenced is the Hippo and that seems to have had only an AMI BIOS.

There's no message under the Award logo on the memory count screen ?
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

MB 386 UMC is all I can find. Seems to be a 486DLC board used by IBM at one point.
