Hi, I have the upgrade flash that I need to upgrade my BIOS

Chipset: INTEL 440BX/ZX REV 3
But it seems that every thing I read says to include the *.bin on the same floppy as the upgrade.
Also, when my puter is booing I get a message informing me to flash my BIOS I need to press ALT & F9. When I do this with the disk in the drive my computer freezes.

You get a BIOS binary file such as this one:
