Hi i am new to the forum, hope someone can help, as i run these utilities like sisoft sandra and it tells me to update my bios, but how?? I ran bios agent and here is the result

I have a Dell dimension xps r400 pent II on win xp, i have been on Dell's website and dloaded latest firmware a013, can i update anything else?

That will be the latest update you can use on that board. It is an OEM version built for Dell of the Intel SE440BX.
