My first post. :P

It would have as to edit the Bios of the card video !
modifying of 16 bits for 32 bits. The image is worse.
So that it can use only the 64MB you initiate of the block of memory or the final 64MB of the memory.
To discard the block that is with defect.
Being able to be the initial or final 64MB of the block.
I live in Brazil.
This card I was very expensive for me.
Somebody can help me for gentility!
Grateful to that they had read and they thought

This card has fixes ?
It seems to be memory !
Sapphire Radeon 9100 128MB !
The bios can be edited to function with only 64 MB ?

I will explain at great length.
I changed of place the 4 electrolytic capacitors of the video card to decide the problem of boot.
But I find that I damaged one of the memories for super heating due to the use of inadequate material (thick peak of cabre made it difficult the withdrawal of the capacitors, passing much time with the peak in contact with the PCB.
Therefore I find that I damaged one of the 8 Chips of memory of card. Therefore it would like to know if I can edit to isolate chip damaged and card to be with only 64MB or if it is possible to change chip damaged.

Grateful for helping me!
ALL AID IS VALID!

This site lists BIOS for 64MB Radeon 9100

It would be a gamble whether these BIOSes support the 64MB you want to use...
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
