the bug is she can't install XP the CD won't boot, she has 2 CD Drives one a Lite on Burner the other OEM the bio are set to boot from CD, now both CD Drives show only a black sceen with any CD in the drive, I can only think the bug is in the bio put not sure, The mother board is a Asus P4V533-MX, also try copying the old HD to the new with maxblaster 3 went ok but had errors Maxblaster say drive would work ok with error but it still won't boot , The computer boot with the old drive but not by CD drive
Could use some help on this Thanks

Do all drives show up in the configuration display?
I appreciate that it is difficult for you do do this by remote control, but if she removes the cables from all drives except 1 CD drive does it get any further? If so I guess you may need to check jumper settings - are all set to Cable Select?
