I have been having trouble with Medieval Total war and the support guys told me to drop the AGP from X8 to X4. I don't have a slightest idea of how to do that. any suggestions??

Should be an option in Bios- check your manual. You may want to disable AGP Fast Writes, too as this sometimes causes errors.
Check your mainboard manual how to change this option.

Thanks, unfortunately I don't know how to get at Bios to begin with. All this stuff came installed on my computer so I never had to think about this before. When you say operating manual do you mean the the main computer manual or is there a seperate one for BIOS
