Hi

I need to find a updated bios for edom / win technologies MP071b motherboard, the bios string is as follows:

edit-edit-edit-edit
10/28/96-i430vx-2a59gw0-00 (wrong string, correct string on line below)
10/28/96-i430vx-2a59gw0ac-00

I did find 2 relevent topics regarding this same motherboard, but the links did not lead to any bios files. The topics where:

Forum: Other BIOS update issues
Topic: wintac motherboard
Link:
http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopi ... ght=mp071b

and

Forum: What is my Motherboard?
Topic: Upgrade for Award 4.51PG Wintec
Link:
http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopi ... ght=mp071b

I hope someone can help, it will enable some bugs to be ironed out and let me use more than the current 4Gb hard drive,

Thanks Qaxeqa

Oops, yes I dropped a few letters off the bios string, should read:

10/28/96-i430vx-2a59gw0ac-00 (mp071b)

this BIOS has a date of 1996, keen to get hold of the 1998 version that ajzchips has metioned,

:)

Thanks ajzchips the complete set of files has helped a lot, I can now boot off CD-rom where I could not before (with the 1996 BIOS), and shall put my 10 GB drive to use,

Thanks again
