Smells like a Pcchips Mainboard .
They used date code instead of Bios-ID earlier on 430VX Mainboards .
Is there a revision number printed onto the Board near the keyboard connector ?

Could also be a Jamicon/Kaimei board. Several of their LX boards used a full date code instead of the traditional BIOS ID string.

Definitely a Jamicon/Kaimei board (650B), taken over by http://www.fastfame.com.tw
Others (and myself) have emailed fastfame and have received some BIOS releases successfully. They're very cooperative.

PS: I don't recall any PCCHIPS i440BX board with an Award BIOS.

this one AKA Amptron PII-3100. Jamicon used that picture in the past and it does make sense...
