What is my bios? Acer Aspire 8600

I have an Acer Aspire 8600 that I have been trying to update the bios on for some time. I have searched across the internet including the manurfacturers (www.acer.co.uk) site to try and find updates for the BIOS but to no avail. I have searched your site for details on what the manurfacturer is of the motherboard but have been unable to find anything. Here are the details I get at boot up: -

Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
03/25/2003-SiS-650-6A6IXM4DC-00

M4 in your Bios-ID indicates your board as a MSI OEM mainboard. Please use Everest Home or other tools to find the Bios OEM message/signon.
-> Typically shown in the top left corner just below the Award Logo and looks like W6573AE 1.2 120505

Bios Supports has to come from Acer or you will void warranty or your board stops working if using a wrong Bios.

I have looked on the Acer website and there are no BIOS upgrades at all. I don't mind if I void my warranty as the PC is currently out of warranty so any other upgrades available out there would be good if you know any.

Looks like an Acer AP-SD (OEM Microstar MS-6533)
But I can't find new BIOS updates:
