Question 1:how do i boot from a cd do i have to put special boot files on the cd or what ??

and see what you actually need. Any original windows install CD from win98 and up is bootable. You need to set the CDROM as bootable device in your bios as well. See FAQ in the wimsbios site about bios settings.
2) Pentium 2 233,266,300,333MHz, Celeron Slot1 300, 300A (w/cache)
