Cant Boot to determine MoBo? Can Some one please help?

This is an
AMD Duron Socket A(462) MoBo
-Amibios 686 Code AR31 (5478)??? on BIOS chip.
-SiS 950
-T-Bird K-7 chipset?
-2 SDRAM Channels (PC 100/133)? Not sure
-Video On board
-NO FCC ID Code?

I can not yet boot since I dont have the Power settings yet?
Cant catch the road runner if I Can't draw up new Buleprints?
Is there anyone who can suggest a solution???

There should be a way to determine that mobo, pcb printouts, stickers at the pci/isa slots or even at the PS/2 and COM port areas, etc.

Some more info needed:

Number of AGP/PCI/ISA slots ?
ATX or Micro ATX or different from factor ?
Mothetrboard PCB of brown color or black ?
Chipset known ? AFAIK SSI950 is a sensor chip/interface

What do we have as Athlon/Duron chipset with integrated Video?
SIS730, VIA KM-133 and some similar ones, maybe one ALI chipset

May it be a Pcchips M810 clone ?
