MSI MS-6378 (probably a Rev 1.x), seems to be OEM'ed for Time Computers but using MSI standard Bios

Latest Bios is 1.9, do not use 3.x Bios !
Make sure your CPU and cooler are properly seated and your cooler is not twisted by 180 degrees. Also use a very slim cover of thermal paste. Your correct CPU temp and probably your system temp should be shown in Bios. Adjust Speedfan settings accordingly.
