Starting windows using BIOS

I was told that I could start my computer automatically on a timer using Bios. Is this true? If yes, how can i acheive this? Thank You for your time.

If your bios has this option you can set it as such. What make/model is your system or if it is home-built, what make/model is your motherboard?
There's an easier option: set the system to power up after power failure and use a regular timerclock/switch
