ECS MOBO model-L7VMM2 won't boot after flashing w/ WinFlash

I've been reading a lot on the site and was hoping to find a solution to my motherboard that gone dead? And don't know what went wrong.

What I did was like this:

1. Download the correct BIOS update from the manufacturer and the flash utility. I specifically used the winflash utility and it says update complete.

2. It ask me to reboot, so i reboot it. Everything was fine it rebooted and gets to windows and I shut it down.

3. The next day I power-up and nothing happens, "blackout". No beeps.

4. I checked the if the MOBO will beep if the RAM was removed and it did, so I know it must have been something wrong with my BIOS.

What I have learned here is maybe my solution is to boot block or maybe force it to boot block, problem is I'm not sure if this the best solution for my MOBO.

I gather the some information on my MOBO: (It doesn't have the Boot Block jumper)

I read at one thread the trick of shorting some pins on the bios chip in order to force boot block, is this adviseable?

Really need your help guys sort of a newbie here. I'm eager to read your inputs on this.
It's just I don't want to make any mistakes again, you know...

I think I gave the wrong bios chip, after reading some infos, I determined that my bios chip was a PLCC type: (Sorry my Bad!)
