Motherboard dead after shutting off while flashing BIOS

Hi, i have a problem, i have a 945g-m4 and when i was trying to update my BIOS, the computer turned off while in progress, now the mobo, doesn't show anything, but it has some Clear CMOS jumper and a BIOS recovery one too, but without some help i dont know how to use it. Also I have the backup of the good BIOS. Someone that can help me?
