I forgot to mention that for some reason, I cannot flash my BIOS. I have downloaded the ASUS 1011,1012,1014 BIOS and everytime I reach to the flash menu, it pops up the "Abort, Retry, Fail" stuff after I have entered the BIOS path name. I wonder is it something wrong with my Bootup disc, or the BIOS.

Thanks

Latest Bios is 1014 Beta 03 from here :
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/S ... 440BX/P2B/
It will support up to 128GB

Flashprogram Aflash from here :
ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/BIOS_FLASH_UTILS/

Please use a freshly formatted Floppy for your bootdisk .
A good Bootdisk for Biosflash is the DRDOS7x from www.bootdisk.com

Check IDE cable and power connections and also jumpers. The IDE cable can be also bad.

Thanks for your help, but when I checked the jumper, it's correct. Also I replaced my cable too. But for some reason, usually the first time I start my computer, it will not detect my drive and the cd rom. But then it works after I restart my computer. The same situation repeats itself everyday.
Also, everything in my windows (win2k) reset itself, like all my internet links are disappeared, cookies deleted, cach emptied, etc

Does anyone got any clue what's wrong? Did I flash my BIOS wrong?
Current BIOS: 1014 Beta 3

Thanks

It's certainly NOT BIOS problem. I have the same board and the same BIOS and have not problems.
