after flashing my bios, i m unable to get into it. when pc starts it just flys trought bios screen not allowing me to hit "del" and goes straight to win xp pro...
what to do?

In addition to Soupy's suggestion, it is a good idea to be sure that you are hitting the correct key to access the BIOS.
If your BIOS runs through quite quickly then maybe you are hitting the key at the right time.
If DEL is the key to access your BIOS power on the computer and then immediately keep hitting DEL quickly in sucession until either you get into BIOS setup or it runs through to the O/S.
If DEL is the wrong key, you may need to do some further investigation and try a similar approach with other likely key candidates.
