What´s the optimal setting for this? The options are: Disabled, 2 banks and 4 banks.

2 or 4 works best.if your running via tech chipset download george breezes memory interleave enabler and it will manipulate the bios to do so.

It depends on the memory chips installed. The BIOS should be able to set this up correctly automatically.
