Is your memory not fully recognized? (Intel VX chipset Memory recognition)

I have ZIDA 6ABX board running a P2 at 333MHZ. I have added more memory (3 x 64Meg) or (1 x 256Meg) -- in any case the computer (running XP) only "sees" 128Meg. It does not matter where or what memory combination I use, it only "sees" 128Meg.
I have run the esupport BIOS agent and, although it finds the BIOS info, the "submit request" link fails - page not found.

I cannot find the BIOS update anywhere and it is not on the ZIDA site at all... Can anyone help, else this PC useless... I am assuming it is a BIOS issue at this point. Thanks in advance!

It doesn't matter if I have 2 or three 64Meg Dimms -- any combination of 2 or 3 of the DImms (Or the the 256meg by itself) it still only sees 128Meg..... Any way around this??? Anyone know where I could find new BIOS for the ZIDA 6ABX or am I stucK???
Thanks...

What does the Bios say ?
Does it recognize full capacity of all sticks ?
-> Test with only one stick installed

I have put one stick in at a time and it peaks at 128Meg... It sees the 64Megs by themselves..... BUt, if I put in 3 it only sees 128Meg. Or 256 and a 64 -- it still only sees 128Meg. My BIOS is as follows...:

With a 256 Meg (1 SImm) it only shows 128 Meg... If I also add 64 meg to the 256 it will still only show 128Meg.....

256MB in sot 1 and 64MB in slot 3?

I think I see a pattern here. In any case, that 256MB stick is incompatible with your board.
