i am having an intel desktop board.i am not getting the display.chek and found getting all proper core voltages.i need how to check the clock signals.please help.

intel desktop board D865gvhz
i got a intel desktop D865gvhz.when i power on i am not getting the display.checked the ram and smps also.still no display.what else i have to check.there is no beep from the board.even removed the processor and checked.need solution,very urgent.

bios update
sorry for the mistake,but i corrected the line,still the same.the floppy drive led is glowing,but not doing anything.shorted bot high address pins in the bios chip.
