Hi
I studied in Hans Peter Messmer's Indispensable PC Hardware Book
that the source of the transistor in a DRAM cell is connected alternately
to Bit Lines. The voltage difference in the Bit Lines is amplified and fed
as output. But why should it be connected alternately ?
Regards
Ravi.
