Well, according to that manual it IS a S370-L, which IS 133FSB AND Coppermine compatible. Also - my board actually goes up to 150FSB with jumpers (the AGP card was blocking the silkscreen). So it also supports 133FSB. I've set the proper voltage on the slotket (using the manual for 1.7v), I've tried...

well the slotket is Asus S370L Rev 1.00. I think it's probable that it doesn't support it somehow. Being CuMine, or voltage problems .. whatever. Instead of springing for a new slotket, I'll just buy a new S370 board .. one of the shops in town here has a socket 370 board with an AGP slot that he'll...

Well, I removed the battery and stuck a jumper on the any open connections that were just two pins ... then reassembled everything, put er on 100Mhz .. still nothing. I popped in a Pentium II 400 and cranked the FSB to 115MHz - and that's what I'm using right now. =\ I suppose it's a bum cpu. I thin...

well .. its tough to find information about my specific slotket ... it seems the Asus S370-133 would guarantee it working, but one site did mention my exact adapter as verified. Another thing .. is it seems most cases where a PIII is slotket-ed into a P2B, the person was using a 100FSB CuMine. One s...

Pentium III 866Mhz Issues - Please Help!!
My current system configuration is pretty crappy by today's standards, but what can ya do. I have Asus P2B MoBo with a Celeron 533. This bites. I just recieved a P3 I'd like to use - but no matter what I do - I can't get it to work. Is it an unusable combination? If so - which part do I have to repl...
