I updated my chipset, or at least tried a while ago. I don't know if it was the right one or what, I think I used the VIA 4 in 1.

Both sticks are recognized as 256MB. I have 2 memory slots. The Samsung was orginally in slot 2. I first tried putting the Kingmax in slot 1 while the Samsung was in slot 2.
