My Motherboard is Procomp B687zv12. I upgraded it to support 128GB HDD. No when i tried to load Windows XP Professional,or Win 2000 Professional, It is showing errors while copying files. Thanks for your information. But, I think i also require a .exe file of my Flash BIOS Utiity to upgrade my BIOS. As I'm not able to upgrade the BIOS using only .BIN file.

I searched the internet and finnaly got a file to update my BIOS. But it is a .BIN File.
So, what to do with that file. I tried to copy it in a floppy and Boot through it.
But , no reaction.
So, please help me....
