A bit of fiddling with the cpu and it has resolved, appears the move may have dislodged the chip from its 'happy spot'!?! anyway I am tentatively working again, although I fear impending doom a of black screen and that sound of the traction beam powering down! ok, have since worked out that this is maybe a POST problem, as when I remove all memory, I dont get the graphics card message, which again my guesstamation, says that the memory is checked in POST before the graphics card. So this means that the only items left that I assume could cause the issue i...
