Ok, problem solved.......just opened up in a pure dos start up with the program on the floppy...executed the exe file and that expanded the bin file and the runme.bat....started the runme.bat from the a: prompt and that took me right through the flash process.....shut down.....shut off the power to ...

yeah did that.....but once I am at the a: prompt......didn't know if i need to open the flash program.....then run the runme.bat from there....or the runme.bat from the a: prompt
