It can support P3 but only the 100MHz FSB ones, not the 133MHz FSB ones. That 866 is a 133MHz one, if you take 100/133 * 866 = 650 so that makes perfect sense and it is also the max you will be able to run that 866 on with this board. What about the memory support? The sticker on my board indicates...
