A few questions to help pinpoint this issue:

- If I understand correctly, your system originally came with Windows Media Center?
- Did it also come with an exhaust fan installed at the rear?
- What CPU did it come with?

This is the string ACPI\AWY0001\2&DABA3FF&0. I had the same problem after updating to 3.14--unknown device driver with the same string. I did some googling and found out that this is the AMD Away driver. AMD has released a null driver to make this go away, and it is available for download from MSI....

Got the new BIOS 3.14, thanks to Edwin. Flashed immediately with Winflash and system running like new.

Note: Windows reports one new unknown device found--I'll have to track this down--I've disabled it for now.
