The file is a PCI ROM file with vendor ID of 1106h and device ID of 3249h that corrosponds to the card. Neat!

Good show! I modified the decompressed original.tmp and re-installed a compressed version of it. There was a hex byte that trailed the original.tmp that isn't in newer BIOS where the technique I used works just fine. Hence my warning. This was the 1st older BIOS I tried to modify, and never thought ...

I made the date 12/07/2005. I just can't guarantee it will boot as I don't have the board. Make sure you can recover from a bad flash
