cp, I have set the latency settings in BIOS to 2 (2 or 3 are only options) and the timing is set at 100MHz (100/133 are only options); I have tried all combinations of the above options, and all result in freeze ups with both memory sticks installed. Has anyone found a BIOS update for this board? I am trying to correct a memory issue on an older system running this same 8VT board, and the bios is from 05/04/2001. This old version apparently does not support WinXP, and that is what is running on here right now. Any suggestions?
