The Dell BIOSes are released in a DOS EXE format (also, windows tool and floppypack image). The A11 and A12 versions for my C400 are definitely Phoenix but I haven't checked the others on Dell's site. I'm hoping that comparisons between the different manufactur's personalized BIOSes will help. Ironi...
