Use the Boot Block Recovery system in the laptop.. As long as you have a USB floppy drive, and a blank disk, you can reflash it at boot.. Using a Toshiba M73 whihc came originally with a Celeron-M 390. UPgraded to a Pentium-M 740 and I have a problem with it.
