Ok.... Im not 100% sure...but I think I have uninstalled the driver... (through device manager/uninstall?) after uninstalling driver... I then reboot it works! 1440x900...it says its found new vga and askes for new driver....I then install new driver/3_373 as you instructed....and after restart reve...

Booted from floppy flashed the bios.....all worked after reboot went straight into 1440x900...Very Nice! then asked for updated driver to complete installation...ran the setup from sis uvga3_373 ... this seemed to install all ok.....then asked to reboot to compl...

Im having same problem...
mb: ECS M810D...unable to get 1440x900 after renewing bios/drivers ect.
Could I request a patched bios..(when you get 5 mins)
