1)I ve upgraded my old CPU 6000+ to new AMD pII 940 it worked on board but was not recognised.

yes i removed them using the uninstaller given in control panel.(add/remove SIS vga utilities)

i did uninstall all the previous drivers /utilities for SIS and nvidia geforce drivers also (although card not installed at present ...

my vid bios info is 2.51.00.
The resolution option is coming but the screen area isnt fitting into the LCD properly i.e i have to scroll.
example when i take a screen shot at resolution of 1440x900 the correct resolution picture is displayed but when i view my desktop area it keeps on scrolling to ...

Have any1 been able to solve the scrolling issue on Sis

Admin how can i get the k8s-mx bios which may give the correct resolution (actually not virtually) above 1024x768...
