Where would I find the complete BIOS ID string?

Ok, I have an AMI Bios and the Corsair RAM needs to run at 2-3-3-6-2T and 2.75v to be optimized However my Bios does not have a memory option so the RAM is currently running 3-3-3-8-1T and 2.5V Is there actually a separate setup command for my Bios that I don't know about? I know my friends BIOS act...
