Look for a BIOS flashrom.
If you can't find a flashrom easily, there is no way.

Check your floppy drive. If floppy drive doesn't work(rotate with noise and flashing a front LED), this BIOS doesn't support recovery mode. You have to understand about address translation of ISA interface. And Gigabyte GA-7VAX1394-A doesn't have visible ISA pinout(=a18 pin). So you can't use this M/B.
