Hey Semi.... In your work with the HP Bioses have you come across the video card whitelist info? I ask because I installed a 3700m in my 8710w and it is not one of the allowed cards in the bios. The card "works" but the bios thinks it's a 3600m so the clock and memory speed, Memory amount, voltages ...

8710W ???? INTEL 5300 WiFi

Has anyone successfully done this whitelist mod on an 8710w to make an intel 5300 WiFi card work??

I'm sure some smart guy has done it and would be willing to share with those of us not quite able to.
